Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: Integrations/Automations Specialist
Rate: 1015 AUD/hour
Hours: Part time; 10 25 hours per week
Start Date: Feb 10 2025
Responsibilities:
System Integrations:
.
Design develop and implement integrations between different software applications (e.g. CRM systems ERPs marketing platforms customer support tools etc.).
.
Ensure smooth data flow between systems ensuring data integrity consistency and security.
.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in real time.
API Management:
.
Work with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate communication between different software applications.
.
Manage API keys tokens and other authentication methods to ensure seamless integration.
Data Synchronization:
.
Ensure that data is synchronized between systems in real time or as needed ensuring data accuracy across platforms.
.
Work on building custom scripts or use integration tools for data migrations when necessary.
Continuous Improvement:
.
Stay uptodate with emerging technologies industry trends and best practices for automation and integration.
.
Continuously review and improve existing integrations and automations for performance and efficiency.
Process Automation:
.
Identify business processes that can be automated and design automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
.
Implement and maintain automation platforms (e.g. Zapier Integromat Microsoft Power Automate or custombuilt automation solutions).
.
Work with various teams (e.g. marketing sales customer support) to optimize business processes through automation.
