Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to members and healthcare providers.
- Respond to inquiries related to pharmacy services and operations.
- Assist with pharmacy technician and call center inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Call Center Supervisor for issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and outcomes.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience in a Specialty Pharmacy required
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- State Pharmacy Technician Certification required
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish (speak read write)
- Minimum 35 WPM typing speed
