Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of complex programs ensuring alignment with business objectives timelines and budgets.
- Agile Methodology Expertise: Drive Agile best practices across teams ensuring efficient sprint planning backlog grooming and program increment (PI) planning.
- Mobile Application Expertise: Collaborate with iOS and Android development teams to manage app release cycles feature roadmaps and ongoing enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with crossfunctional teams including Product IT UX/UI Design Marketing and Operations to ensure program goals are met.
- Aviation Alignment: Integrate aviationspecific needs into mobile app features leveraging knowledge of industry standards operations and customer behaviors.
- Customer Focus: Champion usercentric design and functionality by incorporating customer feedback and industry trends into program deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks dependencies and obstacles proactively creating mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
- DataDriven Decisions: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership ensuring transparency on program status challenges and achievements.
- Qualifications: Bachelors in business administration Computer Science or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in program/project management.
- Proven success in mobile application development or managing large complex programs.
- Extensive experience managing programs in Agile environments including frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Aviation industry experience or knowledge of airline operations is highly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycles CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Rally/ADO or similar platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead crossfunctional teams influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of resolving complex program challenges.
