Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Location: Bethel CT 06801
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Drive pressure sensor product improvements through engineering analysis redesign and testing of electronic products and system hardware.
Develop and maintain electronic component list. Team with Component Engineering COE group for obsolescence review and management.
Sustain product viability through proactive redesign of hardware with obsolete components.
Develop test plans specifications and general test procedures for requalification activities; coordinate requalification testing advise personnel supporting efforts evaluate test results and develop test reports.
Work with Supply Chain Customer Service and HighPerformance work teams (HPWT) to support and drive cost reduction initiatives and promote growth through product reliability and quality improvements.
Support Customer Service product inquiries regarding pressure sensor products.
Read and interpret internal industrial and customer product specification and make recommendations for enhancements based on engineering analysis and field data.
Support FRACAS system development tracking and metric
