JOB TITLE : AI Solutions Architect (Salesforce & AI)
RATE : $100/hr on C2C
LOCATION : Lincoln RI
JOB TYPE : Contract to Hire
WORK TYPE : Hybrid 3 days/week

The AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing AIdriven solutions that solve business problems.
Architectural Mindset & Leadership:
- Seeking a candidate with an architectural mindset who can engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate should be able to push back when something doesnt make sense and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Problemsolving: Identify what data is needed to solve problems and provide datadriven solutions.
- Technical Competence: While not strictly a handson technical role the candidate should have enough knowledge to contribute technically when required. They will guide data teams and data scientists.
Core Skills & Experience:
- Salesforce Data Cloud: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is highly desirable especially for connecting dots within the platform and ensuring proper integration.
- Deep knowledge of data quality is essential as the data is currently disorganized.
- Experience with AWS/Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies and data cloud terminology is important.
- Experience working Agile Pods
Role Requirements:
- Salesforce Experience: Strong familiarity with Salesforce products and platforms is necessary.
- Leadership & Communication Skills:
- Confident leadership with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and present complex ideas clearly.
- Good presentation skills to engage and communicate with senior leadership on AI use cases.
- Collaborative Leadership:
- The person will work with Salesforce admins who will do much of the heavy lifting but the architect will need to understand processes and offer guidance.
- Needs to approach and lead the solution development process with a clear strategy.
- Team & Governance:
- The position involves working with an AI governance committee and collaborating with senior leadership.
- The individual will work across two agile teams to manage and develop solutions.

Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their problems and propose AI solutions including Generative AI that deliver business value
Design and implement scalable secure and highperforming AI solutions that align with organizational goals and business needs
Identify and manage technical risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Ensure that AI solution meet quality standards relevant regulations ethical and security standards particularly concerning data privacy and responsible AI use
Communicate AI solutions and their benefits to stakeholders providing regular updates on progress and performance
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI solutions
Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
Analyze business requirements and assess build versus buy opportunities based on existing technology resources
Ensure the AI tech stack is extensible and expandable as new requirements are identified
Define and implement standards and guidelines for AI solution design architecture and development
Create comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams technical specifications and user guides. Ensure all stakeholders are informed about the capabilities and limitations of the AI solutions
Assist in developing methods to measure and report on AI performance and reliability.
Establish the shortterm and longterm direction of AI technology aimed at keeping the organization on the forefront of change.
Attend training conferences and industry seminars as appropriate to stay abreast of AI technologies trends and directions. Identify opportunities for continuous innovation and Improvement using AI
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or comparable experience with deep understanding of the insurance industry
3 years of proven experience as an AI Solutions Engineer or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects. Displays selfmotivation and selfdirection.
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) programming languages (e.g. Python Java) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
Able to take control of difficult situations; Perseveres even during resistance or setbacks and remain focused on achieving successful outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
Experience working in Agile delivery environments using frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work
Some additional notes:
- Hiring Manager is OK with seeing candidates with more engineering with architect experience than true architects
- Really interested in learning what the outcomes of their projects were were they the ones who drove the project to successfully achieve outcomes
- Wants someone who has worked on both leadership side of things who can also be handson
