Job Description
As a Utility Staff you will manage the facility s daily upkeep ensure proper sanitation and maintain inventory checks. You ll also assist with siterelated concerns and follow established processes to support operational needs. Your role is essential in creating a clean organized and efficient workplace that remains welcoming for everyone.
Schedule: Shifting
Work Arrangement: Onsite SM Skyline Clark Pampanga
- Maintain the facility s cleanliness sanitation and organization on a daily basis.
- Conduct site cleaning and sanitation tasks and prepare accomplishment reports.
- Ensure compliance with the Facility Upkeep and Sanitation schedule.
- Perform daily inventory checks of supplies and report discrepancies.
- Assist the Facilities Administrator or immediate supervisor with siterelated concerns.
- Follow schedules and adjust as needed based on operational demands.
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures set by the Utility Management Program.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support operational needs.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- High school graduate or equivalent with at least six (6) months of proven housekeeping experience.
- Proficient in basic cleaning sanitation practices and inventory management.
- Willing to undergo training and participate in professional development.
- Strong ability to comprehend and follow instructions effectively.
- Basic proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for effective collaboration and multitasking.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service with a proactive hardworking and assertive attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying schedules thriving under pressure.
- Selfmotivated and diligent with minimal need for supervision or task reminders.
- Amenable to work in SM Skyline Clark Pampanga.
