Communication Partners

In Core Business Range we are a strong community of passionate and inspiring Communicators. We are responsible for selected business units and leading topics and projects that goes across the IKEA value chain and network. 

We have different Communication roles in our community but they all contribute to the assignment to lead develop and enable impactfulcommunication that strengthens the IKEA brand by creating engagement building trust for IKEA and enabling better business. 

We are looking for Communication Partners 

As Communication Partner you enable better business by being a close partner to selected business units. You act on needs from the business and develop impactful communication and communication flows within and across units to enable better business and coworker engagement. 

You contribute to the overall Communication plan by representing the business and contribute with inspiring content by identifying product proof points and stories behind the products that supports our different initiatives/movements to position IKEA. 

In the role you also support and enable change through communication and provide communication expertise to develop communication skills in the unit. You may also lead various projects and topics across units. 

You will report to the Communication Manager and belong to a team of Communication Partners and Communication Specialists. 

As Communication partner you

Passionate about communication as a business enabler and tactical tool to lead business and people. You have a good understanding of working with communication planning and execution. Has a strong receiveroriented approach and experience in working with stakeholder mapping and segmentation creating target groupspecific communication. You also have the experience and ability to turn complex topics into simple straightforward and inspiring communication and handson structured and serviceminded with ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

You are curious and solutionoriented with ability to create engagement and build trustful relationships with various stakeholders and a strong team player and has ambitions to be a great ambassador of IKEA identity tone of voice and IKEA culture and values.

We are looking for in total 23 Communication Partners working in Range Areas or Range Operations. If you have preference let us know.  

It is permanent roles based in lmhult.
