Job Description:
We are seeking a forwardthinking Business Automation/AI & LCAP Team Lead to guide a team in leveraging cuttingedge technology for automation solutions. This role will involve leading the design and implementation of automation strategies while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development and implementation of automation solutions using RPA Azure Cloud and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Administer the enterpriselevel Adobe management platform including Adobe Sign.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the automation and AI engineering team.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop strategies for business process optimization.
- Ensure the reliability scalability and security of all automation solutions.
Key Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in RPA (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism).
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud AI technologies and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Adobe Management Portal and Adobe Sign.
- Programming skills in Python Java or C#.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and ServiceNow.
