Job Description:
Join our team as an Inbound Call Center Representative! You will handle incoming calls on an 800 helpline assist clients with Medicare inquiries and perform clerical tasks. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact while ensuring clients receive accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage 800 helpline calls efficiently.
- Provide counseling assistance or forward calls to volunteer counselors as needed.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records of client contacts.
- Handle mailings assemble information packets and manage inventory supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare training materials and maintain a neat work environment.
