Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: Project Coordinator (Laravel & Flutter Projects)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detailoriented candidate to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation and managing ticket creation during the development phase for our Laravel and Flutter projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that our development teams have a clear roadmap and that project progress is tracked effectively.
Experience : Mid level experience ( 2 to 4 years ) in Laravel and Flutter
Responsibilities:
a) Maintain uptodate project documentation for Laravel and Flutterbased projects.
b) Create and manage detailed tickets for the development team ensuring clarity and accuracy.
c) Ensure that all project requirements are clearly documented and communicated to the development team.
d) Collaborate with the project managers and developers to track project progress and resolve any discrepancies in documentation.
e) Organize and update projectrelated materials reports and schedules.
f) Ensure proper versioning and archiving of documentation to maintain a clear history of changes.
g) Support the team with any other administrative or documentationrelated tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
a) Strong organizational and time management skills.
b) Excellent written communication skills with a focus on detail and clarity.
c) Experience with project management tools.
d) Familiarity with ticketing systems and the ability to track and manage development tasks.
e) Understanding of Laravel and Flutter development processes (though no coding required).
b) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
a) Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
b) Previous experience in a similar role within a software development environment.
