JOB TITLE: Avionics Flight Line
LOCATION: Charleston SC
PAY RATE: $37/hour

Job Details:
Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

Work Location: 100% onsite at the designated location.
Shift: Variable shifts based on business needs at the time of hire.
Summary:
Provides essential production support to the Delivery Center focusing on improving efficiency ensuring safety and optimizing product quality.
Responsibilities include final component installation systems testing and aircraft readiness checks.
Conduct flight test installations and aircraft functional testing.
Troubleshoot and assist in repairing pneumatic hydraulic electrical and avionics systems.
Perform preflight and postflight checks maintenance and modifications.
Resolve operational issues during testing and delivery processes.
Verify and inspect work for accuracy including system and subsystem predelivery checks.
Plan and schedule activities with guidance from a lead ensuring objectives are met.
Required Skills:
High School diploma/GED
At least 6 months of experience in:
Avionics and/or electrical systems.
Live aircraft systems and flight operations.
Managing Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risks.
Ability to work any shift including days nights and weekends.
Desired Skills:
3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
Experience in Aerospace Fabrication or Manufacturing.
Familiarity with the 787 Program and Production Systems.
Field/Flight Line Operations experience.
