Job Description
Summary: St. Alexius Health Bismarck in need of urology coverage for clinic and call coverage. Prefers providers who are able to perform prostate biopsy with an RN and no ultrasound tech at the site. Please disclose at time of name clear.
Rate Caps for submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly BR Per hour not OT
Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour no OT
Nightly Call BR50 and below Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
Holiday Nightly Call BR275 Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
On Call (Daily) BR and below Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate BR700 Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back BR Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back BR00 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Average callback hours: 15 hours

Required Procedures: TRUS Biopsies of prostate cystoscopy cystoscopy and dilation
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: 2 RNs 1 LPN
Reason for Coverage: No permanent provider on staff
Dealbreakers: Unable to perform TRUS biopsies without an US tech present. Only nursing staff and provider with patient during prostate biopsy.

Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 90 days
Requirements: completed credentialing application ND license DEA license supplemental documentation case logs
Credentialing with other facilities Not sure what you are asking for this question. They will only need to be credentialed in our facility.
Additional Details/ Questions Answered by Facility:
- 13 patients daily
- Number of surgeries Just emergent surgeries. May get 13 stone cases while working.
- Proceduresmay need to do cystoscopy

- Providers will do rounding during the week on their post op patients but no other rounding required.
- The clinic is located in the hospital
- 30 patients scheduled per day in the clinic with 5 in clinic procedures per day.
- On surgery days there will typically be 4 surgeries scheduled.
