Job Description:

Provide technical support to CSX train crews on the Line of Road in a customer facing role. Reduced Line of Road locomotive failures by over 30% through immediate troubleshooting and remote diagnostics.

Identify and report trends related to locomotive systems performance allowing for software updates and hardware modifications that drive fleet reliability. Demonstrated ability to learn and operate new technologies quickly.

Provide locomotive analysis and predictive reliability data to division leadership to improve customers intermodal service performance. Strong Focus on execution and delivery with ability to make recommendations and mitigate risks.

Conduct detailed engineering analysis of failed locomotives and provide recommended repair options and solutions.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and key contacts within other divisions to ensure efficient resolutions on large scale issues.

Sought out to evaluate spending trends across the materials and service operations; negotiated a 25% reduction in tooling calibration costs saving over $50k annually

Serve as Safety Liaison ensuring team is trained on and adhering to established safety regulations and procedures. Ensure compliance with Federal State and local laws.
