Job Description

Social Worker MSW (Direct Hire)

LOCATION: El Cajon CA 92020

SCHEDULE: Mon Fri 8am 5pm OnSite with some occasional patient home visits.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

MUST have MSW degree

Experience with elders is preferred but not required applicants should be informed that they would be working directly with senior population and patients

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Masters Degree from an accredited School of Social Work;

PREFERRED:

Experience as a Clinical Social Worker; one year in clinical healthcare setting and experience working with the frail or elderly population

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Valid CA drivers license reliable transportation must be properly insured to meet Centers guidelines.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual English/Spanish
