Job Description
- Primary liaison between the company and suppliers for troubleshooting and answering questions related to the Supplier Scorecard that is used to measure supplier delivery quality order confirmations and other performance management categories.
- Perform follow up with suppliers that have Supplier Scorecard questions via Microsoft Teams email phone or in person meetings.
- Communications and status updates will be between the Supplier Scorecard Rep internal client customers and external suppliers.
- Track activities in internal ticketing/task management system
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Selfdriven professional friendly team player customer serviceoriented
- Intermediate to high level ability in MS Excel MS Outlook MS Office and webbased application
- Good organizational skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- College degree or progress toward college degree
- Experience with SharePoint SAP and Ariba Sourcing applications
- Fluent in French
