Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Support IT Engineer to join our financial institutions IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in providing technical support for Microsoft products and HP laptops. The primary responsibility of the Hardware Support IT Engineer is to ensure that all hardwarerelated issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Microsoft products and HP laptops including hardware installation configuration and troubleshooting.
Ensure that all hardwarerelated issues are resolved promptly to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement hardware upgrades and replacements as needed.
Maintain accurate and uptodate hardware inventory records.
Develop and implement procedures for hardware maintenance testing and repair.
Ensure compliance with all hardwarerelated policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to endusers on hardwarerelated issues as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest hardware technologies and trends to ensure that the institution is utilizing the most effective and efficient solutions.
