Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Company: Education industry
Location: Miami fl (3 days onsite)
Type: 6 month contract to hire
Notes
- This is a cloud engineer who is focused on managing maintaining and optimizing the Azure cloud environment (including monitoring performance configuring storage implementing security measures managing databases networking and managing VMs).
- Its more infrastructure focused.
- They will be responsible for managing the Azure and Windows environments performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to setting up virtual environments access controls billing alerts using scripting to manage 4 clouds etc
- 6 years experience as a Windows server administrator
- 5 years experience with AZURE
- 1 years in a Supervisor or lead role
- Experience with Azure migrations and familiarity with Azure AD
- Experience with advanced scripting using Powershell
- Certs not required but these are big plusses : AZ104 Azure Certified Admin or Az305 Azure Certified Architect
