Hygiene and Sanitation Compliance:
Implement and enforce strict hygiene protocols in accordance with local health regulations and restaurant policies.
Perform routine inspections of kitchen facilities equipment and utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
Provide guidance and training to staff on proper hygiene practices and food safety procedures.
Product Standards and Presentation:
Evaluate the presentation and portion sizes of food items to ensure they meet the restaurants standards for quality and aesthetics.
Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency in plating techniques and garnishing.
Identify opportunities for improvement in food presentation and collaborate with the management team to implement changes as needed.
Participate in onboarding for new entries to ensure quality awareness.
Customer Feedback Analysis:
Solicit feedback from customers regarding their dining experience paying special attention to food quality taste and presentation.
Analyse customer comments and complaints related to food quality and service and take appropriate corrective actions.
Proactively engage with customers to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction with the dining experience.
Supplier and Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with food suppliers and vendors to ensure the consistent quality and timely delivery of ingredients.
Conduct periodic evaluations of suppliers to assess their performance and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with the procurement team to source highquality ingredients at competitive prices without compromising on quality.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections food safety audits and corrective actions taken.
Generate reports on key performance indicators related to food quality hygiene compliance and customer feedback.
Present findings and recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement initiatives.
