Shift Schedule: 810 hour shifts (08:00 AM 05:00 PM 07:00 AM 06:00 PM)

Qualification:

Education: A graduate or higherlevel degree bachelors degree associate degree or diploma from an accredited professional nursing education program is required.

Certifications: Any state RN license is acceptable

Certifications: BLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the last 36 months (Outpatient Clinic)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary and specialty care services to patients in a clinic setting.
• Administer vaccines medication and IV therapy per provider instructions.
• Support preventive health initiatives patient counseling and chronic disease management.
• Provide triage and urgent care interventions for walkin patients.
• Ensure compliance with CMS Joint Commission and FHCC clinical standards.
• Educate patients on treatment plans discharge instructions and selfcare protocols.
• Assist in minor procedures surgical prep and postop recovery monitoring.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
