Shift Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM 6:00 PM (810 hour shifts 40 hours/week)

Qualification:

Education: A graduate or higherlevel degree bachelors degree associate degree or diploma from an accredited professional nursing education program is required.

Certifications: Any state RN license is acceptable

Certifications: BLS ACLS Preferred

Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the last 36 months in an Outpatient Ambulatory or Emergency Care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient nursing care including preventive screenings vaccinations and chronic disease management.
• Triage walkin patients assess conditions and escalate care as needed.
• Assist in minor procedures medication administration and IV therapy.
• Educate patients on treatment plans medication adherence and followup care.
• Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers (NPs PAs) and allied health staff.
• Ensure compliance with CMS Joint Commission and IHS healthcare standards.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EHR) using Oracle/Cerner
