PreOp and Phase II Patient Ratios: PreOp 1:1; Phase II: Ranges from 1:2 1:35; per ASPAN (American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses guidelines. Number of Beds: 18 Department Specifics: Team nursing approach to preoperative patients ability to cross train in PACU and GI lab and collaborative team. Qualifications Accredited program or (2) two years minimum required for this position. A major focus or specialization in Nursing. Ideally some relevant professional experience though less than a (1) one year would suffice. Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within (30) thirty days of hire or transfer.
