Job Description
ERP SAVVY LTD is seeking SAP S/4 SuccessFactors Project Manager who will oversee the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors projects. You will lead a team of professionals ensuring highquality project execution and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP solutions and project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and nurture a bestinclass delivery team providing mentorship and guidance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure solutions align with their strategic goals.
- Oversee project planning resource allocation and risk management to ensure timely and withinbudget delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of SAP products industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management with at least 6 years in SAPrelated roles.
- Proven experience in delivering endtoend SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA SuccessFactors and SAP Activate methodology.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- Knowledge of data sovereignty and compliance requirements in the UK.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
