ADMIN Intune Support
We are looking for an experienced Admin Intune Support
As a Workplace Technical you will be responsible for the administration and support of users workstation environments (laptop industrial devices) primarily running Windows 11 for 9000 devices.
You will also manage Intune Policies and manage all kind of incidents related. As a Workplace Technical Support and Maintenance: Install configure and maintain Windows 11 operating systems on user workstations.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Deploy and manage necessary software and applications for users.
User Support: Provide level 1/2 support for mobiles devices and workstationrelated issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to operating systems software and hardware.
Experience working with intune and manage the tool
Experience managing Antivirus and Security tools
Experience managing devices with intune
Experience with Windows 10/11 and issues associated
Experiences with Microsoft Updates
Experience with license 3rd party software
Experience Apple Business Manager Administrator
Experience deploying Policies by intune
Experience with conditional access
Experience with windows Autopilot
Experience with Mobile devices (Android and IOS)
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Propose and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and security of workstations.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA).
Proven experience in largescale IT projects.
Certification in project management is a plus.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder group
Language :
English is the program language (oral & written) Spanish is a plus
WE OFFER:
Fulltime Freelance contract
Rate: 300/ 330 per day VAT (According to proven experience)
Long Term Project. Recurrence in Projects
Location: Madrid (Alcobendas) 3 days on site per week
