Job Description
Role Description:
The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research drafting legal documents attending court hearings and assisting with client consultations. The role will involve working closely with senior attorneys to support ongoing cases.
Qualifications
- Legal Research Legal Writing and Document Drafting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar Admission in Texas
- Experience in commercial law or litigation is a plus
- Word processing skills in Word and Adobe
