Are you an experienced Surgical Patient Coordinator looking to take your career to the next level A prestigious private plastic surgery and aesthetics business is seeking a dedicated professional to provide a fivestar experience for clients throughout their patient journey with a strong focus on sales conversion and client relationship management.

The Role:
- Managing Patient Sales Journey: Guide clients through the consultation process offering expert advice on procedures.
- Sales & Consultation: Advise patients on suitable cosmetic procedures addressing queries professionally.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients ensuring exceptional service and longterm relationships.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet monthly sales goals through proactive client management.
- Collaboration with Surgeons: Work closely with medical professionals to provide accurate information and build strong working relationships.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a fivestar experience is delivered at every stage.
- Followups & Issue Resolution: Conduct followup calls and resolve any client concerns efficiently.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a salesfocused B2C role within the plastic surgery or aesthetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A resultsdriven mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Professional discreet and clientfocused approach.
