Job Description
CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson ND. General Surgery is looking for 1 Locum to cover 10 days/month of call coverage starting in March going to the end of September. The site is flexible and will work around locum providers schedule.
Any contractor accepted will need to go through payor enrollment.
Dates of coverage: March 2025September 2025
Details:10 days of call coverage. We also will look at candidates who are also IMLC in process in addition to full IMLC
Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation xx187.50 kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly Per hour not OT
Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour no OT
On Call (Daily) xx2900 and below Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back xx375 and below Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Average Callback Hours: 610 hours

Will this be a pure call coverage or will they need to do Clinic and Call How may days per month do they need coverage for 10 days of call coverage
- If there is clinic what are the clinic hours and surgery days Monday 85 Clinic; Tuesday Surgery Clinic hours after surgery depending on the surgery schedule; Wednesday 85 Clinic; Thursday Surgery Clinic hours after surgery depending on the surgery schedule; Friday 82 Clinic.
