Job Description
Job Title: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Programmer Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (Candidate must be able to pick up equipment in person).
Duration: Work is expected to continue past 4/4/25 (New PO will cover 4/5/25 forward). Key Responsibilities: Skill Required/Desired Years of Experience Microsoft Power Automate RPA (technical details on resume) Required 10 Years Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate Power Apps Forms Power BI and SharePoint Required 10 Years Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Required 10 Years PMP Certification Desired N/A

- Automation Development: Design implement and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA.
- Citizen Development Program Support:
- Encourage business users to adopt Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Provide training support and guidance for solution development.
- Ensure compliance and governance in tool usage across the organization.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze processes identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Develop oversee and maintain RPA bots and workflows.
- Collaboration & Integration: Work with departments to align automation solutions with business needs.
- Technology Expertise: Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
- Microsoft Power Automate RPA: Minimum 10 years of handson experience with technical details highlighted on the resume.
- Microsoft Power Platform Tools: Indepth knowledge of Power Automate Power Apps Forms Power BI SharePoint and related tools (10 years).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication with demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal and training settings.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to interface amicably with diverse teams and prioritize business requests effectively.
- Educational Requirement: BS in Information Technology or equivalent experience in computer systems concepts and design.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related fields.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (highly desired).
