Tasks
As an AI Engineer youll collaborate closely with our product and tech team to develop innovative features that address customer needs and drive business impact. In this role youll engage in:
- Research & Experimentation: Research and delve into cuttingedge AI techniques prototype novel ideas and rigorously validate concepts through experiments and metrics.
- EndtoEnd Development: Transform research insights into productionready features through careful planning prototype development quality assurance and seamless integration of AI functionalities.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: With a curious and analytical mindset youll ask the deeper why questions to uncover root problems explore creative solutions and bring them to life.
- Take a productfocused approach and care about building solutions that are robust scalable and easy to use.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in: DataSience Machine learning Deeplearning and/or Generative AI & AIAgents. With a proven track record of developing and deploying AIdriven solutions in production environments.
- Strong SoftwareEngineering OR DataScience background. Have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or comparable experience.
- Strong analytical logical reasoning skills with a creative approach to problemsolving.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
- Communication skills collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
Experience with some of these technologies:
Programming Language: Python (required); Deeplearning Frameworks: pytorch tensorflow Other: MLOps
