ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MPLEMENTATION & INTEGRATION OF EDISCOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES:Database Creation: Creating databases/establishing the workspaces within Everlaw for each matter all the tasks that deal with workspace administration including or database load files (e.g. .dat; .csv; eDII); document coding/data entry; including layouts views coding panels coding for different options that attorneys and other staff may ask for during review such as different tags and labels redaction functions and all other features and functionality for privilege and responsiveness review as well as privilege log and Vaughn index creation; documenting procedures; performing quality control. Early Case Assessment PreProcessing & Processing: Extracting and converting data files including email files and other files in their native formats; optical character recognition (OCR) documents; rendering single page tiff images (or other image formats) as needed; automated and manual analysis of files to identify relevant or priority material utilizing culling tools (e.g. Nuix) analytics (e.g. Everlaw) and Technology Assisted Review (TAR); analyzing and reporting file type and other data metrics; documenting procedures; performing quality control. Automated Legal Hold Tool Software: Support and assist with distribution and administration of litigation holds including setting up the notices sending them out to appropriate custodians as advised by OCC working with OIT to ensure that OIT is aware of which custodians are under a legal hold ensuring reminders are sent reporting and administering the application and database that tracks litigation holds. Processing of Data within Everlaw: Processing and imaging of data analytics (email threading active learning TAR conceptual search clustering etc.) searches and production. Formatting: Implement all different formats and output that may be requested for document production including export of data. Troubleshooting: Responsible for communicating and liaising between USCIS OCC/FOIA/OIT and Everlaw SaaS for troubleshooting or for any technical or other issues that may arise that may impact the operation of Everlaw SaaS to include resolving the issue with Everlaw SaaS Vendor. Protocol Development: Participate in ESI protocol discussions to the extent that Contractor personnel can advise as to whether there is anything in draft ESI Protocols that is not possible due to Everlaw SaaS constraints. Workflow Development: Work with agencys OIT to ensure that the data workflow is in place from collection to production. Litigation Support COMPLIANCE SECURITY & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
