Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative on a permanent basis to attend one of our Social Housing sites in the Portsmouth PO3 area.
This is a parttime position working 12 hours per week.
Responsibilities Mobile Cleaner:
- Dust damp wipe or wash walls skirting boards hand rails ledges window sills radiators lifts doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap toilet rolls paper towels
- Clean kitchens toilets urinals hand basins and sinks
What are we looking for
- Previous Professional Cleaning experience (ideally)
- Full Manual UK Driving Licence
- IT literate (use of tablet smart phone apps).
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English)
