Candidate Profile:
- A strong background in residential or hospitality operations with experience in highend properties preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams resolve conflicts and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency with property management platforms and tools as well as Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail ensuring the highest level of quality in all operations.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality or a related field is a plus but not required.
