Temporary PartTime Nanny/Mothers Help Ilkley West Yorkshire
Location: Ilkley West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 2.30/3 pm 7 /7.30pm
Start Date: As soon as possible
Rate: 16 gross per hour (depending on experience)
Duration: Until June with potential to extend
Happy Nest Nanny & Maternity Agency is delighted to advertise an exciting opportunity for a temporary parttime nanny/mothers help to support a welcoming family in Ilkley. The family has two energetic boys aged 6 and 3 who would benefit from some individual attention and structured support during their afterschool routine.
The Role
This is a supportive role to assist mum in after school care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Mealtime Preparation: Preparing meals for the boys when they return from school/nursery.
- Household Duties: Keeping the childrens areas clean and organised and tidy after mealtimes.
- School Prep: Ensuring the boys have everything they need for school the next day.
- Bathtime & Bedtime: Assisting mum with the evening routine to ensure smooth transitions.
- Engagement: Helping mum supporting onetoone attention to the boys to allow them to thrive and enjoy quality family time.
The boys are active lively and full of energy so a nanny/mothers help who is fun engaging and proactive will be the perfect fit.
The Family
The family is known to Happy Nest and has previously had a nanny who spoke highly of them. They are warm welcoming and seek a childcare professional who can integrate seamlessly into their routine and provide valuable support.
Requirements
- Experience: Open to all levels of experience whether you are starting your journey as a mothers help or are an experienced childcare professional.
- Qualifications: Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid certification are essential.
- Driving Licence: Not required.
- Attributes: Initiative reliability and a willingness to muck in with family life.
Additional Information
The family has no pets. The role runs until June but may be extended.
