Design of the optimal service network for the defined area & contract /certify external service partners where needed.
Communicate & drive the terms and conditions with these service partners.
Establishing new authorized / Bosch Service Center where needed.
Driving improvements on speed of repair (2DR) by process excellence and spare parts stock excellence in service centers.
Implementing digital solutions of service for service centers & users as per initiatives of CSO/Region.
Implementing new service offers and business models with focus on user and traffic acquisition across user segments.
Followup training progress for service centers
Drive improvements on NPS for service of Bosch power tools in the market.
Drive growth of serviceinnetwork share of Bosch power tools in the market.
Qualifications :
BE Engineering Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Additional Information :
Bachelor degree in business or engineering
> 4 (preferably > 6) years of experience in Sales or Marketing or After Sales Service
Experience in Industrial products market in country
Fluent in English and local language
Readiness for up to 50% travel time
Experience in business commercials process digitalization is preferable.
Proficient in Data Analysis & visualization via tools like Excel Power BI etc..
