The Fleet Manager will oversee and manage the operations of Weee! Logistics fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and costeffective use of the companys vehicles while ensuring compliance with all local state and federal safety regulations and maintenance schedules. The Fleet Manager will work onsite 5 days a week in Milpitas CA.

Responsibilities
- Develop implement and monitor plans policies and procedures for fleet operations
- Manage inventory control to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize cost containment
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Provide budget recommendations and manage fleet budget
- Generate reports on fleet performance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead and support Fleet Coordinators/Supervisors in executing fleet activities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management
- Proven ability to handle data and create pivot tables for decisionmaking
- Experience managing multiple sites for fleet operations
- Strong partnershipbuilding and consensusbuilding skills across organizational levels
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Degree in Logistics Business Administration or a related field preferred
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing a lastmile delivery fleet with a minimum of 200 vehicles
