A reputable MNC is looking to hire a NOC Team Lead (Service Delivery) to be based at their Petaling Jaya office.
- Manage technical services and operations for assigned accounts ensuring alignment with SLAs
- Lead and mentor the team fostering collaboration and knowledgesharing to enhance technical expertise
- Monitor incident tickets ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve critical incidents efficiently
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues providing expert guidance and support
- Collaborate with customers to address technical requirements conduct quarterly reviews and ensure satisfaction with delivered services
- Participate in customer meetings contributing technical insights and strategies to enhance service delivery
- Drive process improvements to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols routing network configuration and troubleshooting methodologies
- Handson experience with networking equipment including routers switches and packet analysis tools
- Hands on experience in leading a team
- Proven track record of managing complex network projects and ensuring SLA compliance
