Partner with a global leader in the personal and leadership development space and assist motivated individuals to excel in their chosen field of play unleash their potential through a variety of powerful courses programs virtual events and live events held globally and your professional oneonone mentorship.
Currently operating in over 156 countries we aim to empower those seeking more out of life to achieve this in either personal or career ventures through a unique coaching opportunity. Representation is required due to global demand and expansion from those with sport coaching teaching mentoring and/or training skills. We are seeking those with a positive growth mindset ready to lead the way as self directed distributor to our brand working in an autonomous environment with part time or full time options available for successful candidates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 yrs. experience in coaching teaching mentoring training
- Proven growth success with clients teams businesses Non For Profit or personal sporting achievements at a professional level.
- Ability to source new clientele (training provided)
- Basic Google Sheets pages and Microsoft Work and Excel proficient
- Ability to work progressively with talent within an autonomous environment
Expectations:
- Participate in scheduled global training streams. Minimum 3 per week
- Adhere to and implement proven steps to success training tracking and compliance
- Sourcing new clientele through marketing strategies
- Effectively interview & identify qualified candidates suited to our products & structure
- Support the build of our business and clientele
- Coaching mentoring and supporting individuals via online communication methods eg. zoom / team meets
- Online and selfpaced training for successful candidates.
- Be teachable and open to continuous personal and leadership development learning
