Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Writer (Civil) with expertise in civil engineering or quantity surveying to create comprehensive and compelling tender submissions. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret technical data align with client requirements and ensure highquality documentation. A proven track record in managing tight deadlines and producing winning tenders is essential.

- Prepare detailed and persuasive tender documents for civil engineering and quantity surveying projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather relevant project information and ensure accuracy.
- Analyze client requirements and tailor tender responses accordingly.
- Develop and maintain standardized templates for tender submissions.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency clarity and compliance with tender specifications.
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine tender strategies.
- Manage submission timelines ensuring all documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Maintain an organized repository of tender submissions and related documentation.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- A bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in quantity surveying technical writing in civil engineering or related industries.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with civil engineering and quantity surveying concepts and terminology.
Additional Job Details:
Setup and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (AU Time) 5:00AM to 2:00PM (PH)
Employment Type: Fulltime
