A hybrid work model requires 1 day a week in the Warsaw office.

We are looking for people who:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Have experience in the IT industry
• Have a practical knowledge of both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Excellently organize their own work and that 
• Have experience in improving business processes and gathering business requirements
• Scrupulousness and accuracy in documenting requirements
• Strong analytical skills experience in conducting business or businesssystem analysis (business process modeling requirements analysis identification and specification of functional and nonfunctional requirements)
• Experience in developing models according to BPMN notation will be an added advantage
• Possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a high level of energy and determination in pursuing set goals
• Proficient in English at an advanced level (at least B2 level)
• Are proficient in Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite

Your main responsibilities:

• Providing complex support for strategic projects in the design optimization and standardization of logistics processes
• Preparing concepts businesssystem analyses and process analyses for strategic projects for the organization
• Consulting in the area of logistics processes particularly in the context of implemented integrations with carriers or already implemented logistics applications and systems
• Planning for process improvement initiating technological changes and working with other teams to implement and coordinate system changes
• Communication with the customers and the carriers in the execution of analysis tasks providing recommendations consultations
• Managing project communications effectively in collaboration with the Project Manager by being the single point of contact for strategic project stakeholders
• Working closely with the Project Manager and Product Owners
• Preparing project documentation (concepts analyses process descriptions presentations)
• Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members
