Requirements
We are looking for an experienced S/4HANA Product Compliance Consultant with expertise in managing product compliance processes within SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specification database architecture regulatory compliance and hazardous materials management. This role requires deep functional knowledge and handson experience in EHS data migration regulatory frameworks and integration with SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement S/4HANA Product Compliance solutions ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements.
- Manage and configure the Specification Database Architecture and Specification Authoring processes.
- Develop and maintain Expert Rules WWI (Windows Wordprocessor Integration) and SDS (Safety Data Sheet) Distribution.
- Oversee EHS Data Migration ensuring seamless data transfer and compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement and manage Occupational Chemical Control (OCC) and Dangerous Goods Management & Distribution.
- Ensure Hazardous Substance Management and Substance Volume Tracking processes comply with industry standards.
- Configure and support Product Compliance Discrete Process for Managing Articles.
- Provide expertise on various product compliance regulations and transport regulations.
- Integrate product compliance processes with SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA Product Compliance and related modules.
- Handson experience with Specification Database Authoring Expert Rules WWI and SDS Distribution.
- Proven knowledge of Dangerous Goods Management Distribution and Hazardous Substance Management.
- Experience in Substance Volume Tracking and EHS Data Migration.
- Indepth understanding of global product compliance regulations and transportation laws.
- Integration experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
