As an Early Careers Recruiting Manager youll be a key member of an established team of 10 in Poland Germany and the UK. However you will have specific ownership of our new Apprenticeship Programme in Poland. This programme aims to develop future software talent with both a training bootcamp delivered by an external training provider and work experience at Visa. Youll be responsible for recruiting all programme participants managing the relationship with the training provider and helping support them for the duration of their work experience at Visa.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
