As a Sales leader focused on headhunting and talent management solutions your role includes:
Responsibilities:
- Create long term relationship strategies for clients candidates and team members.
- Improve Winids market position and achieve sustainable growth.
- Work with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies or initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects existing customers and business partners.
- Positive contribution and input to the team pre and postsales activities including case studies market research and market potential analysis.
- Prepare technical proposals in collaboration with other teams.
- Maintain a welldeveloped pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts (with appropriate Commercial and Legal support) where necessary.
- Develop presence with partners and strategic events for the sector.
- Maintain and motivate customer and consultant satisfaction.
- Track and update all activities in CRM.
- Identify commercial leads to nurture our SDR team.
Client Relationship in a process:
- Manage talent acquisition process guiding the recruitment team in the search strategy.
- Lead the briefing with the client in companionship of the recruitment team.
- Participate in the presentation of shortlisted candidates.
- Present KPIs and SLAs to the clients on a regular basis.
- Maintain weekly updates with the clients.
MustHaves:
- Perform as a playercoach by owning your own sales pipeline as well and leading by example.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Proven experience in negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers colleagues and external partners.
- 5 years of business development experience with proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to undertake detailed and accurate analysis of market data and to synthesize and justify strategies and solutions that will be of economic benefit to the company.
- Be highly selfmotivated.
- Total professional competence in English written and spoken.
- European citizenship or Spanish work permit.
Education:
- Bachelor degree
- Master degree related is highly appreciable
Languages:
- English: C1 or B2
- Other language as an advantage
