Job Description
As a QC Auditor you will handle quality control and assurance for residential mortgage loans ensuring compliance and accuracy. Your role includes auditing filing correcting and following up on both closed and active loan packages. With a keen eye for detail youll help maintain loan integrity while collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Work setup: Temporary Work From Home Any Emapta PH site
Your Daily Tasks
- Perform quality control and assurance (QC/QA) for residential mortgage loans including document followup.
- Audit file correct and follow up on both closed and active loan packages.
- Compare and verify that all closing conditions listed on the closing instructions are completed and properly documented.
- Research and analyze loan files using internal and external resources.
- Audit file documents to ensure compliance with state county investor and federal guidelines.
- Retrieve final documents from settlement agents brokers and county clerk offices for submission to investors.
- Utilize strong customer communication skills to provide effective and timely resolutions.
- Communicate daily with the stateside QC Manager and team members regarding progress goals and relevant updates.
- Coordinate with affiliates loan originators title companies and third parties to correct defects and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Record monitor and report deficiencies and corrective actions ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Stay updated on company policies secondary market investor requirements and governmentinsured agency guidelines (FHA VA Rural Housing).
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as finance business or real estate.
- At least 2 3 years of experience in US mortgage processing with handson involvement in the endtoend mortgage process (closing postclosing or real estate documentation).
- Strong knowledge of TRID guidelines and mortgage compliance regulations ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Experience working in a title company or financial institution handling mortgagerelated transactions.
- Proficiency in Encompass loan management software is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail ensuring accuracy in a fastpaced processdriven environment.
- Highly organized and deadlineoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production goals.
