Job Description

Senior CHC Appeals Nurses Job in Birmingham & Solihull

JP Medicals Recruitment a leading NHS healthcare recruitment agency is currently recruiting a dedicated Senior CHC Appeals Nurses with active NMC registration to work in full time at NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit. The professional should hold a minimum of a year s postregistration experience in the NHS and should be employed as an RGN in the past 12 months.

Location: Hybrid Working there will be patient facing visits in the BSOL area across 5 days and some home working for writing up reports/admin only.

Hours: MonFri 37.5 Hours Full Time Only

Will the candidate be patient facing area Yes will be required to attend face to face across Birmingham & Solihull on occasion.

Initial term: 3 Months

Maximum Daily Rate: 330

Interviews will be via Microsoft Teams.

Senior CHC Appeals Nurses Job Requirements

Contract term: 3 months

To join you should possess;

Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate recent experience of working in CHC and have a clear understanding of the CHC Appeals Process and Best Practise Guidance.

Assessor would be expected to complete and attend Formal CHC Appeals Meetings and complete retrospective DST s and Needs Portrayal Documents.

A valid NMC registration with rights to work in the UK

BSc or another diploma from a nursing program

Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures & willingness to follow them at all times
