Database Marketing Manager / Marketing Data Strategist
Are you passionate about datadriven marketing strategies This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing landscape within a dynamic fastpaced environment.
What You ll Do:
- Collaborate with product marketing teams to define target markets and optimize eventspecific campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategic database plans ensuring accurate segmentation and targeted outreach.
- Conduct regular gap analyses to maximize market coverage across key segments.
- Manage a substantial database development budget focusing on data acquisition and hygiene.
- Deliver insightful KPI reports to senior leadership driving datainformed decisions.
- Leverage multiple data sources to enhance customer experience and campaign personalization.

- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 3 years in a marketing data role ideally handling large global datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel project management tools and data visualization software like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with SQL and a background in the energy sector are a plus.
- A detailoriented adaptable professional with excellent communication skills.
