About the Role:
Were seeking a Sales Training Specialist to join our team and lead the development and delivery of sales training programs for RavenPacks industryleading GenAI and SaaS services. In this role youll be instrumental in equipping our sales force with the knowledge and skills to drive the democratization of realtime highquality financial data through our comprehensive suite of offerings including our latest GenAI platform Bigdata.com. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Sales Operations you will work closely with our Client Success Data Solutions and Product teams to ensure training programs are aligned with company goals and are effectively preparing our sales team to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design and develop a comprehensive sales training curriculum tailored to RavenPacks sales objectives and product offerings.
Onboarding New Sales Representatives: Build a standardized onboarding program to help new hires quickly understand the RavenPack value proposition products and sales process.
Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques: Train sales team members on product knowledge sales techniques and industryspecific insights ensuring they are equipped to address client needs effectively.
Resource Development: Create engaging training materials such as presentations manuals videos and interactive resources that support various learning styles.
Workshops and Coaching: Conduct regular workshops seminars and oneonone coaching sessions to continuously develop the skills of the sales team.
Performance Assessment and Feedback: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics feedback and adjustment of content as necessary.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Regularly update training materials to reflect the latest industry trends competitor movements and innovations in sales methodologies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales with at least 2 years in a training coaching or management role.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Skills:
Indepth understanding of sales processes best practices and coaching techniques.
Excellent presentation communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to design implement and assess training programs.
Familiarity with training software and tools to create engaging training materials.
Analytical mindset to evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics.
