Job Description
Job Description: The ideal candidate will insulate and clad pipes in various environments all over
IrelandNorth & South ensuring highquality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
We are also seeking trainees to learn the job onsite. Would suit selfemployed also.
Qualifications and Skills:
Seeking employees/subemployees with proven experience in pipe insulation and cladding with
various materials including aluminium and stainless steel and those keen to learn and be trained
on the job. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Installation: Install insulation and cladding on pipes and other equipment in various
environments such as healthcare facilities food and beverage production areas and educational
institutions to maintain temperature and prevent condensation.
Measurement and Cutting: Accurately measure and cut material to fit pipes & equipment.
Preparation: Prepare surfaces for installation ensuring they are clean and free from debris.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on installed insulation.
Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the insulation and cladding is
installed correctly and efficiently.
Essential Skills: Ability to work in various environments and conditions including standing for
extended periods climbing ladders and lifting materials.
Desirable Skills: Drivers Licence. Strong measurement and cutting skills with attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of materials tools and techniques relevant to insulation and cladding
