We are now looking for our Rider Recruiting Agent who will play a key role in supporting potential new riders through our application process.
Where does the position belong Youll be joining our Logistics department working closely with the Hiring & Quality Team Lead and a team dedicated to optimizing the applicant and rider experience.
What youll be doing:
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to applicants and new riders ensuring smooth communication.
Guide potential riders through the application steps helping them overcome challenges and move forward.
Reaching set engagement targets of new riders through structured and efficient work in our engagement portal.
Assist newly engaged riders in getting started efficiently.
Accurately document interactions in our systems and track data using tools like Sheets.
Provide exceptional service by building positive relationships with applicants and riders.
Collaborate with the recruitment and logistics teams to enhance the onboarding experience.
Qualifications :
To succeed in the role as Rider Supply Coordinator we imagine that you:
Education: Bachelors degree or relevant work experience.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service recruitment or an administrative role with frequent outbound/inbound calls.
Technical skills: Proficiency with GSuite (Sheets and Slides) experience with support systems (ticketing system or similar)
Language: Fluency in Norwegian and English both verbal and written. Additional languages count as a plus.
