Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: create and adapt marketing materials including brochures presentations social media content email campaigns and website updates. Including ad hoc translation and text localization.
- Event Coordination: support the planning and execution of events trade shows and product launches to engage customers and showcase new models.
- POS Material Management: manage the stock of POS (Point of Sale) materials including inventory control logistics coordination and ensuring timely availability of materials for events and campaigns also by selfdelivery of those materials.
- Digital Marketing: support to online advertising campaigns (Google Ads social media platforms) SEO efforts and website performance to maximize reach and engagement.
- Reporting and performance analysis: track report and present on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Collaboration: work closely and support PR team sales teams and BYD Dealers and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.
- Budget Management: assist in managing the marketing budget ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI on campaigns.
- Monitor BYD activities as well as Dealers activities and competitors.
- Be a brand Ambassador a solid teamplayer and work always with the Customer in mind.

Your profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
- 5 years experience in marketing department
- Fluency in Turkish and English both written and verbal. Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Experience in Automotive industry is an advantage
- Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.
- Customeroriented mindset.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Resilient and open minded.
- Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines hands on approach motivated to get results.
