Job Description
National Pike Health Center is a communitybased Outpatient Mental Health Center with offices in Catonsville Dundalk and Westminster MD. We provide mental health therapy and a psychiatric rehabilitation program for all ages and groups. We have a current opening for a Rehabilitation Specialist in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) . We look forward to you joining our team!
Overview of Job Duties
- Review and Process Completed Intakes and Assessments
- Completion and Maintenance of Individual Rehabilitation Plan
- Facilitation of Therapist Collaboration Meetings
- Process Discharges
- Counselor Supervisions
- Attend PRP Meetings.
- Completion of Weekly Report
