Role Overview: Our client is a midsized digital marketing agency in the Hyde Park area. They are seeking a strategic detailoriented Paid Campaign Manager to lead and optimise social media advertising efforts. In this role you will develop datadriven strategies manage endtoend paid social campaigns and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. You will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns across platforms like Meta LinkedIn and others with a strong focus on achieving performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Create and manage paid campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.).
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Deliver detailed reports and updates to clients on key performance metrics (ROAS CPC CTR conversions).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with creative content and audience targeting strategies.
- Stay informed about social media trends algorithm changes and new ad formats.
Required Skills:
- 4 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Must have media buying experience
- Good LinkedIn campaign management experience
- Proven record of developing and optimising successful paid social strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency with campaign management tools including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with A/B testing audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in reporting and campaign execution.
